User survey
User surveys are one of the ways we that we gather information about the users of our services/websites and how they are using them. These surveys provide insights into the issues that are important to design and service development.
These are temporary surveys, longer in length, that run for a short period or until sufficient data is gathered.
When running a user survey this call to action should be added to the landing page, and other key entry points or high traffic pages – where this will not disrupt the user from their primary focus.
